  • Jets' Vladislav Namestnikov: Hits scoresheet again Friday

Namestnikov generated an assist and went plus-1 Friday in a 4-3 win over the Islanders.

Namestnikov produced the secondary helper on Nikolaj Ehlers' 17th goal of 2024-25 late in the middle frame. Namestnikov has delivered a goal and five helpers during his four-game point streak and has gotten on the scoresheet in six of his last eight outings. The veteran forward is up to 10 goals, 19 helpers and a plus-18 rating through 52 appearances this campaign. Namestnikov is on track for his best season since 2017-18 when he accumulated 22 goals and 48 points over 81 regular-season games between the Lightning and Rangers.

  • Jets' Cole Perfetti: Extends point streak in win

Perfetti banked an even-strength assist and went plus-1 in Friday's 4-3 win over the Islanders.

Perfetti had a highlight-reel-worthy assist in the middle frame when he dished a no-look pass from behind the net right onto the tape of Nikolaj Ehlers, who had an empty net to shoot at for his 17th goal of 2024-25. Perfetti is riding a five-game point streak, earning one goal and five helpers. The 23-year-old has contributed 11 goals, 34 points and a plus-15 rating through 56 appearances while slotting in on the second line and No. 2 power-play unit. Perfetti is only four points away from matching his career high, which he set in 71 regular-season appearances in 2023-24.

  • Jets' Ville Heinola: Stuck outside of lineup

Heinola was scratched for 10 straight games leading into the 4 Nations Face-Off break.

The Jets are carrying eight defensemen, and Heinola has not been able to pry playing time away from the current third pair of Logan Stanley and Colin Miller. The Jets don't want to lose Heinola on waivers either, so he's stuck in the press box until the team needs him to play. He didn't do much with his opportunities earlier in the campaign, earning one assist, 10 shots on net, 13 blocked shots and a plus-7 rating over 16 appearances.

  • Jets' Kyle Connor: Dishes pair of helpers

Connor logged two assists, four shots on gal and two hits in Friday's 4-3 win over the Islanders.

Connor has earned four goals and five assists over his last six outings. The 28-year-old winger helped out on both of Gabriel Vilardi's tallies in this contest. Connor is up to 69 points (30 goals, 39 assists), 177 shots on net and a plus-8 rating across 56 appearances. He's the Jets' leading scorer and has a good chance of besting his career-high 93 points from the 2021-22 campaign.

  • Jets' Mark Scheifele: Two assists in win

Scheifele registered two assists and two hits in Friday's 4-3 win over the Islanders.

Scheifele has four multi-point efforts over his last six contests, earning four goals and five helpers in that span. The 31-year-old center continues to impress -- he's up to 31 goals and 32 helpers this season. He's topped the 40-goal and 40-assist marks before in his career, but never in the same campaign. Scheifele has added 123 shots on net, 44 hits, 44 blocked shots, 41 PIM and a plus-5 rating through 56 appearances.

  • Jets' Alex Iafallo: Finds twine in win

Iafallo scored a goal on three shots and blocked two shots in Friday's 4-3 win over the Islanders.

Iafallo has two goals and two assists during his four-game point streak. He'll have to carry that momentum after the 4 Nations Face-Off, but Iafallo hasn't had any trouble being impactful in a limited role this season. The 31-year-old forward is up to eight goals, 19 points, 76 shots on net and a plus-13 rating over 56 appearances. He's on the fourth line and second power-play unit, giving him a bit of utility in deep fantasy formats. He's still on pace to miss the 30-point mark for the second season in a row.

  • Jets' Nikolaj Ehlers: Scores in Friday's win

Ehlers scored a goal on three shots and blocked three shots in Friday's 4-3 win over the Islanders.

Ehlers bounced back from a two-game dry spell, putting the Jets ahead for the first time in the contest at 14:50 of the second period. The 28-year-old winger has three goals and seven assists over his last nine outings. For the season, he's produced 17 goals, 48 points (18 on the power play), 119 shots on net and a plus-12 rating while seeing consistent second-line usage.

  • Jets' Gabriel Vilardi: Tallies twice Friday

Vilardi scored two goals on seven shots in Friday's 4-3 win over the Islanders.

Vilardi had been held off the scoresheet for three games following a four-game stretch in which he racked up eight points. The streaky play is mildly concerning, but the 25-year-old has been more good than bad in a top-line role this season. He's up to a career-high 24 goals and 51 points, and he's added 106 shots on net, 22 power-play points and a plus-5 rating over 56 appearances. Vilardi also has earned at least five game-winning goals in each of the last three seasons.

  • Jets' Connor Hellebuyck: Wins before break

Hellebuyck stopped 32 of 35 shots in Friday's 4-3 win over the Islanders.

Hellebuyck heads into his time with Team USA on a six-game winning streak in the NHL. He wasn't quite at his best Friday, but he got the job done. During his streak, the 31-year-old has allowed 14 goals on 163 shots (.914 save percentage). Hellebuyck is 34-7-2 with a 2.06 GAA, a .925 save percentage and six shutouts over 43 appearances as the favorite for another Vezina Trophy. Not only is he playing like the best goalie in the NHL, he's also got the best numbers in his career.

  • Jets' Brad Lambert: Back in AHL

Lambert was loaned to AHL Manitoba on Saturday.

Lambert picked up his first assist of the season Friday in a 4-3 win over the Islanders. Lambert has played in five contests and has also chipped in with five hits and four blocked shots. The 21-year-old will see AHL action over the next two weeks, as the Jets next play Feb. 22 in St. Louis.

  • Jets' Parker Ford: Loaned to AHL Manitoba

Ford was reassigned to AHL Manitoba on Saturday.

The Jets are off until Feb. 22, so Ford will get some playing time in with the Moose. Ford scored in his NHL debut Jan. 30, but he was held off the scoresheet in his last two games. Ford had 11 goals in 36 AHL games before his recall, including seven tallies in his last nine appearances.

  • Jets' David Gustafsson: Posts assist Tuesday

Gustafsson notched an assist in Tuesday's 3-0 win over the Hurricanes.

Gustafsson has found some success lately with a goal and four assists over his last seven outings. That's all of his offense through 23 appearances this season, and he's added 21 shots on net, 16 hits, 14 blocked shots and a plus-7 rating. Gustafsson fills a fourth-line role and is unlikely to produce enough in any one area to help most fantasy managers.

  • Jets' Mason Appleton: Contributes helper Tuesday

Appleton notched an assist, three shots on goal and two hits in Tuesday's 3-0 win over the Hurricanes.

Appleton set up a Rasmus Kupari tally in the third period. This was Appleton's first assist and second point over seven games since he returned from a lower-body injury. The 29-year-old has resumed his usual third-line role, and he's up to 17 points, 70 shots on net, 43 hits and a plus-9 rating over 44 appearances. He's unlikely to match last year's career-high 36-point output, and his per-game pace is a little behind as well, but the Jets have been good and won't need to mess with his role as long as injuries stay few.

  • Jets' Rasmus Kupari: Finds back of net

Kupari scored a goal on three shots in Tuesday's 3-0 victory over Carolina.

Kupari has scored twice in his last four contests, and he's now matched his career-high mark of five goals set during the 2021-22 campaign when he was with the Kings. Despite the recent uptick in goals, the 24-year-old center has managed just seven points in 51 contests, making him a low-end fantasy option the rest of the way.

  • Jets' Neal Pionk: Bends twine Tuesday

Pionk scored a power-play goal on two shots in Tuesday's 3-0 victory over Carolina.

Pionk extended his point streak to three games with Tuesday's tally, giving him eight goals on the year, including a career-high four with the man advantage. The 29-year-old Nebraska native should be capable of reaching the 10-goal threshold for just the second time in his eight-year NHL career, making him a decent depth option for fantasy managers -- especially in banger leagues that value hits.

  • Jets' Nino Niederreiter: Scores goal, assist in win

Niederreiter scored a goal on five shots while registering an assist in a 3-0 win over Carolina on Tuesday.

Niederreiter ended a six-game goal drought with his tally and is now just one more point to log at least 30 points for the fifth consecutive season. Barring any more extended slumps, the 32-year-old winger should be able to challenge for the 20-goal mark as well after missing that milestone last year.

  • Jets' Eric Comrie: Shuts out Canes

Comrie stopped all 29 shots he faced in Tuesday's 3-0 win over Carolina.

This was easily Comrie's best performance of the season, as he had given up two or more goals in each of his previous 12 appearances. The 29-year-old netminder is now sporting a 5-7-1 record and 2.57 GAA in 13 outings. Despite the recent success, Comrie shouldn't be expected to see many starts outside of back-to-backs behind workhorse backstop Connor Hellebuyck.

  • Jets' Connor Hellebuyck: Will start Friday

Hellebuyck will start at home versus the Islanders on Friday, Murat Ares of The Athletic reports.

Hellebuyck got a game off Tuesday, and he got to watch Eric Comrie put up a shutout win over the Hurricanes. The 31-year-old Hellebuyck will check back in for the Jets' last game prior to the 4 Nations Face-Off, and that game against the Islanders will serve as a tune-up for Team USA's No. 1 goalie.
