Titans' Jamal Adams: Limited with hip injury
Adams (hip) was listed as a limited participant on Wednesday's injury report, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports.
Adams was held out of the regular-season opener due to a hip issue, but it hasn't been a problem for him over the last couple of games. His limited participation Wednesday is likely due to injury maintenance, and unless he misses any practices this week, he should be good to go for Sunday's AFC South clash against the Colts. Adams has recorded four tackles (two solo) across three regular-season games this year.

Titans' Will Levis: Full practice participant
Levis (shoulder) was a full practice participant Wednesday, Ben Arthur of FoxSports.com reports.
A Week 5 bye apparently gave Levis plenty of time to recover from the right shoulder injury he suffered in a Week 4 win at Miami. He should be back under center this Sunday against the Colts, facing a defense that's been arguably the worst in the NFL through the first month-plus of the season. Levis, of course, has been one of the worst starting quarterbacks, and he may even be a few bad outings away from getting replaced by Mason Rudolph.

Titans' Cedric Gray: Nearing return
Gray (shoulder) was designated to return from injured reserve Monday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Gray now has his 21-day window opened and will be able to practice with the team. Gray is eligible to return as soon as Sunday against the Colts, but he'll have to prove he's healthy enough to play and be activated to the 53-man roster beforehand.

Titans' Will Levis: Improving, won't practice Monday
Head coach Brian Callahan said Monday that Levis (shoulder) is "improving" but is not slated to participate in Monday's unofficial practice, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Levis is tending to a right AC joint sprain sustained during Tennessee's win over the Dolphins in Week 4. He's had the benefit of a bye week to rest up, and Callahan said the starting quarterback is expected to get back on the practice field this week, but Levis' availability for Sunday's upcoming divisional matchup against the Colts remains undetermined at this point. Wednesday's first official injury report of Week 6 will reveal whether Levis is able to practice in at least a limited capacity. The Titans will turn to Mason Rudolph under center in the event that Levis isn't cleared to face Indianapolis.
