Dugger appeared on the injury report Thursday and Friday due to an ankle injury and was able to participate in practice only in a limited capacity both days. However, the veteran safety will be able to suit up Sunday against the Seahawks. Dugger's Week 2 availability is in jeopardy after he popped up on New England's injury report Thursday as a limited participant in practice. The 28-year-old was able to practice in a limited fashion Friday as well, but if he's unable to suit up Sunday, expect Jaylinn Hawkins to serve as the Patriots' top strong safety.
