  • Packers' Jayden Reed: Big play against Rams

Reed recorded four catches on six targets for 78 yards in Sunday's 24-19 win over the Rams. He added two rushes for 19 yards. Reed had a relatively quiet game as a pass catcher, particularly because he hauled in a 53-yard catch on Green Bay's second offensive possession. However, he still led the team in yards from scrimmage as the team got the ball in his hands twice as a rusher. Though Reed may not command the traditional number of targets of a top wide receiver, he has exceptional big-play ability and is an integral part of the Packers' offense heading into a Week 6 matchup against the Cardinals.

  • Packers' Jayden Reed: WRs to Start

I'm starting a pair of Packers this week with Reed and Dontayvion Wicks, and both should have the chance for a big game with Christian Watson (ankle) out and Romeo Doubs (personal) doubtful. Reed has played two games with Jordan Love this season, and he scored at least 27.1 PPR points in both. And Wicks just had five catches for 78 yards and two touchdowns on 13 targets in Week 4 against Minnesota in the game where Watson was injured. The Rams are No. 9 in most Fantasy points allowed to opposing receivers, and Reed has top-10 upside in Week 5, while Wicks is a No. 2 receiver in all formats. And in deeper leagues, Bo Melton should be considered a sleeper.

  • Packers' Jayden Reed: Leads air attack in close loss

Reed secured seven of eight targets for 139 yards and a touchdown and rushed once for two yards in the Packers' 31-29 loss to the Vikings on Sunday. Reed led the Packers in receptions and receiving yards on the afternoon while checking in third in targets. His versatile skill set was on display as usual even though he logged only one rush attempt, as his catch, yardage tallies and targets were all season highs. Reed got into the end zone for the first time since his other 100-yard performance back in Week 1, as he found the end zone from 15 yards out just before halftime for Green Bay's first points. Reed also contributed grabs of 21 and 42 yards on back-to-back plays on the Packers' final drive, making it a stellar all-around effort. The second-year wideout next takes aim at the vulnerable Rams secondary on the road in a Week 5 matchup.

  • Packers' Jayden Reed: Cleared to face Minnesota

Reed (calf/quad) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Vikings. Reed was a full practice participant Friday after limited sessions the previous two days. The big question is whether QB Jordan Love (questionable, MCL) will be active ahead of the 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff, which is a particularly crucial point for Reed's fantasy value because the Green Bay offense has been extremely run-heavy with Malik Willis under center.

  • Packers' Jayden Reed: Limited with pair of injuries

Reed was a limited participant at Wednesday's practice due to calf and quadricep injuries. Reed first showed up on a Packers practice report on the Friday before the team's Week 2 win over the Colts, and he had been listed with a calf injury on every practice report since. The quad issue is a new concern for Reed, but the Packers haven't indicated that he's at major risk of missing Sunday's NFC North showdown with the Vikings. In the last two games with Malik Willis at quarterback in place of Jordan Love (knee), Reed has gathered in six of eight targets for 59 yards and turned four carries into 56 yards. Reed, if active this weekend, would experience a notable boost in fantasy appeal if Love is able to reclaim the starting role, but the quarterback was again limited to begin Week 4 prep.

  • Packers' Jayden Reed: Good to go for Week 3

Reed (calf) doesn't have a designation for Sunday's game in Tennessee, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports. Reed was held out of drills Wednesday due to the calf injury that showed up on last Friday's practice report, but after capping this week with back-to-back limited sessions, he's good to go for Week 3. The Packers may have Jordan Love (knee) back under center Sunday, which would be a boon to Reed and the rest of the receiving corps. Eith Malik Willis at quarterback this past Sunday against the Colts, Reed caught two passes (on two targets) for nine yards and took two carries for 37 yards.

  • Packers' Jayden Reed: Not seen at practice Wednesday

Reed wasn't present for the portion of Wednesday's practice that was open to the media, Bill Huber of SI.com reports. Reed was tacked on to the Packers' final Week 2 practice report Friday as a limited participant due to calf and shin injuries, and he entered the weekend listed as questionable. He ended up suiting up this past Sunday against the Colts and logged 39 of 70 offensive snaps (56 percent), but his production fell off with Malik Willis and not Jordan Love (knee) under center as Green Bay employed a run-heavy game plan. Still, Reed turned four touches (two catches, two rushes) into 46 yards from scrimmage. His current health concern isn't known but it very well may be the same lower-body issues that he dealt with last week.

  • Packers' Jayden Reed: Active in Week 2

Reed (calf/shin) is active for Sunday's game against the Colts, Mike Spofford of the Packers' official site reports. Reed made a surprise appearance on the Packers' Week 2 practice report Friday as limited due to calf and shin issues. On occasion, such a situation eventually leads to an absence, but that won't be the case for the second-year wide receiver. Sunday will mark Reed's first game action without Jordan Love, who is missing the first of what likely will be multiple games due to a sprained MCL. As a result, he'll be on the receiving end of passes from Malik Willis, which on paper is a significant downgrade for Reed and the rest of Green Bay's pass catchers.

  • Packers' Jayden Reed: Expected to play

Reed (calf/shin), who is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Colts, is expected to play, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports. Reed didn't show up on the injury report until Friday, when he was listed as a limited participant in the Packers' final practice of the week. Though the late-week addition to the injury report is normally a foreboding sign, Reed looks like he'll be ready to go Sunday. However, his status won't be confirmed until the Packers release their inactive list 90 minutes before Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff. If Reed is available, he'll likely be working with a new starting quarterback in Malik Willis, as Jordan Love (knee) is listed doubtful for the contest.

  • Packers' Jayden Reed: Status in question for Week 2

Reed (calf/shin) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Colts, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports. This follows Reed showing up on the Packers' Week 2 practice report Friday as limited by a pair of lower-leg injuries. His status will confirmed, one way or another, about 90 minutes before Sunday's 1:00 p..m. ET kickoff. Meanwhile, Green Bay has yet to rule out Jordan Love (MCL sprain) for this upcoming contest, also calling him questionable, so there seems to be a chance Reed will be on the receiving end of passes from his typical signal-caller, assuming the pair are active this weekend.

  • Packers' Jayden Reed: Logs limited practice Friday

Reed practiced in a limited fashion Friday due to shin and calf injuries, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports. Reed is making a late appearance on the Packers' Week 2 practice report after avoiding it entirely Wednesday and Thursday. His listing for Sunday's game against the Colts remains to be seen, but for the time being, another cloud is hanging over the Packers offense in addition to QB Jordan Love (knee) and RBs Josh Jacobs (back) and MarShawn Lloyd (hamstring).

  • Packers' Jayden Reed: Opens campaign with big performance

Reed caught four of six targets for 138 yards and a touchdown and added one rush for a 33-yard touchdown in Friday's 34-29 loss to Philadelphia. Reed had two huge plays in the second quarter -- a 33-yard touchdown run and a 70-yard reception for his second score. The second-year wideout had only three other catches, but two of them went for big gains of 26 and 33 yards, respectively. Quarterback Jordan Love spread the ball around pretty evenly Friday, with eight different players receiving at least two targets and all three of the team's top wideouts -- Reed, Romeo Doubs and Christian Watson -- getting at least five looks. That trend could continue throughout the campaign, as all three are likely to play a big role in the Packers' passing game, but Reed has shown a knack for producing even without being the clear-cut No. 1 receiver during his time in the NFL. He'll likely be a key part of the team's offense again Week 2 against Indianapolis, though his outlook will dampen if Love, who left the contest in the final seconds of the fourth quarter with an apparent leg injury, ends up missing time.

  • Packers' Jayden Reed: Activated from NFI list

Reed (toe) will be activated from the non-football injury list and practice in a limited capacity Wednesday, Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports. Reed was on the NFI list for just a couple days, after suffering a seemingly minor injury during his youth camp earlier this summer. He finished his rookie season as the team leader in catches (64), receiving yards (793), yards from scrimmage (912) and total touchdowns (10), and his success working out of the slot hints at role security even though the Packers have a deep group of pass catchers that also includes wideouts Romeo Doubs, Christian Watson, Dontayvion Wicks and Bo Melton. The Packers' ample depth could affect Reed's target volume as well as his playing time in two-receiver formations, but there's no doubt he'll be a regular presence and priority when the Packers have three wideouts on the field.

  • Packers' Jayden Reed: Should practice soon

Reed (undisclosed) is dealing with a minor injury and shouldn't be on the active/non-football injury list for long, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports. Packers GM Brian Gutekunst told reporters Monday that Reed "tweaked something" during his youth camp this summer. The Packers' leading receiver from 2023 won't practice at the start of training camp, but it doesn't sound like there's any concern about his Week 1 status. Reed mostly worked out of the slot as a rookie and again figures to get most of his playing time inside, perhaps insulating him from competition while Christian Watson, Romeo Doubs, Dontayvion Wicks and Bo Melton battle for perimeter snaps.

  • Packers' Jayden Reed: Unavailable for start of camp

Reed (undisclosed) will open the Packers' training camp on the active/non-football injury list, Bill Huber of SI.com reports. Reed will be on the sidelines as Green Bay kicks off their training camp Monday, dealing with an undisclosed non-football injury. The wide receiver is eligible to return to practice at any point and ultimately play this preseason, which the Packers will begin on the road at Cleveland on Saturday, Aug. 10.

  • Packers' Jayden Reed: Ready for Saturday

Reed (chest) doesn't have an injury designation for Saturday's divisional-round contest in San Francisco, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports. Reed has tended to a chest injury most weeks since Week 12, but he's sat out only one time in the last eight games. In seven appearances during that stretch, he hauled in 32 of 46 targets for 330 yards, had six carries for 54 yards and scored five total touchdowns. With his status cleared ahead of the weekend, Green Bay's receiving corps will be intact Saturday after Christian Watson (hamstring) also avoided a game-day designation on the team's final injury report.

  • Packers' Jayden Reed: Limited in practice

Reed (chest) was listed as a limited participant in Wednesday's walk-through practice. Reed was also listed as limited on Tuesday's estimated practice report, so the wideout will have one more chance to upgrade to full participation ahead of Saturday's divisional-round playoff game against the 49ers. In Green Bay's 48-32 wild-card win over the Cowboys this past Sunday, Reed logged 26 of 56 snaps on offense and was held without a catch on three targets.

  • Packers' Jayden Reed: Playing in Week 18

Reed (chest) is listed as active Sunday against the Bears, Mike Spofford of the Packers' official site reports. Since showing up on the Packers' Week 12 practice report with a chest injury, Reed also has dealt with ankle, toe and rib issues. During the ensuing six-game stretch, he sat out Week 16 due to the toe concern but still posted 28 catches (on 39 targets) for 218 yards and four touchdowns and turned six carries into 54 yards and one more score in the other five contests. The Packers are looking to hold on to the No. 7 seed in the NFC, and while Reed and Dontayvion Wicks (chest) are giving it a go Week 18, fellow wide receiver Christian Watson (hamstring) remains sidelined.

  • Packers' Jayden Reed: Sleeper WRs

Christian Watson (hamstring) and Dontayvion Wicks (chest) seem unlikely to play in Week 17 at Minnesota after both didn't practice all week. Watson is listed as doubtful and Wicks is questionable, but Reed is full go after missing Week 16 at Carolina with a toe injury. I like Reed as a high-end No. 3 Fantasy receiver in all leagues at Minnesota in Week 17. Prior to missing Week 16, Reed had scored at least 15 PPR points in five of his past six games. He had three receiving touchdowns and two rushing touchdowns over that span, and he was being used as Green Bay's version of Deebo Samuel. That should remain the case at the Vikings, who are No. 8 in most Fantasy points allowed to opposing receivers. At least one receiver has scored at least 12.3 PPR points against Minnesota in each of the past six games, with five receivers scoring at least 16.6 PPR points over that span. Romeo Doubs can also be considered a No. 3 Fantasy receiver this week, and he caught four passes for 79 yards and a touchdown on five targets against the Panthers last week when everyone was injured.

  • Packers' Jayden Reed: Questionable for Week 18

Reed (chest) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Bears, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports. Reed was listed with a chest injury for much of December but missed a game Week 16 with a toe issue. He returned for Week 17 and caught six passes for 89 yards and two touchdowns before halftime but then left in the second quarter (and didn't return) with a chest/rib injury. The Packers listed Reed as a limited practice participant Wednesday and Thursday, and with a playoff spot on the line it won't be surprising if he suits up even if that means playing through pain. The Packers have a reputation for being cautious with injuries, but this might be an exception given that it's not a lower-body issue and the team has so much on the line. Reed enters the weekend with a chance to suit up and avoid the inactive list ahead of a 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff. Fellow wide receivers Christian Watson (hamstring) and Dontayvion Wicks (chest) also are listed as questionable, though the latter's full practice participation earlier this week suggests he may not be truly questionable but rather on track to return after missing Week 17.
