Broncos' Garret Wallow: Lands on IR with hamstring injury
The Broncos placed Wallow (hamstring) on injured reserve Tuesday, Ben Swanson of the team's official site reports.
Wallow sufffered a hamstring injury during the Broncos' Week 6 win over the Jets in London, England. The 2021 fifth-rounder will be required to miss at least the next four games, which makes Week 11 against the Chiefs on Sunday, Nov. 16 the earliest he can return from IR. Wallow has played exclusively on special teams this season and has accumulated three tackles across five games.

Broncos' Garret Wallow: Logs 14 snaps against Saints
Wallow (ankle) logged 14 total snaps in Saturday's 28-19 win over the Saints.
Wallow suffered an ankle injury during the Broncos second preseason win over the Cardinals on Aug. 16, but the fifth-year linebacker was able to make his return to the field in the Broncos' preseason finale against the Saints. Wallow played seven snaps on defense and seven snaps on special teams, however, he was unable to record any counting stats in the contest. The 26-year-old will hope to earn a spot on the team's roster heading into the 2025 campaign, though he may face an uphill battle due to his minimal production in the preseason.

Broncos' Garret Wallow: Injures ankle
Wallow suffered an ankle injury during Saturday's preseason game against Arizona, Zac Stevens of TheDNVR.com reports.
Wallow was ruled out for the remainder of the exhibition. A fifth-round pick by the Texans in the 2021 Draft, Wallow spent the 2024 season on the Titans' injured-reserve list before signing with Denver earlier this month.

Garret Wallow: Gets look from Denver
Wallow (pectoral) had a tryout with the Broncos on Tuesday, Luca Evans of The Denver Post reports.
Wallow missed the entire 2024 season after tearing his pectoral during training camp with the Titans. He appears to have fully recovered from the injury and is attempting to earn a spot on the Broncos' training camp roster. Wallow last played in 2023 with the Titans and Texans and logged six tackles (five solo) across five regular-season games.

The Titans placed Wallow (pectoral) on the reserve/injured list Tuesday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.
Wallow suffered a torn pectoral during practice in early August, and he will now be forced to miss the entire 2024 season. The 2021 fifth-round pick out of TCU appeared in five-regular season games between the Texans and Titans last season, finishing with six tackles (five solo).

Wallow sustained a torn pectoral Wednesday and will miss all of 2024, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports.
Wallow was competing for a depth role among the Titans' inside linebacker corps before suffering a torn pectoral. The TCU product appeared in five regular-season games last season with the Texans and Titans, recording six total tackles while playing primarily on special teams (48 defensive snaps and 67 special-teams snaps).

Garret Wallow: Let go by Houston
The Texans waived Wallow on Saturday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
The move corresponds with the Texans activating Juice Scruggs from injured reserve. Wallow played in Week 11 against the Cardinals and played 12 snaps on special teams without recording a stat. Should he clear waivers, Wallow will evaluate his next move in the hope that he lands with another roster this season.

Texans' Garret Wallow: Not on injury report
Wallow (ankle) was not listed on Houston's injury report Wednesday.
Wallow's health status has been up in the air after he picked up an ankle injury during training-camp practice Aug. 9, but it appears this issue ultimately was not serious. The 23-year-old recorded 23 tackles and one sack while playing 282 of his 451 total snaps on special teams over 17 games during his rookie campaign with the Texans last year, and he will likely play a larger reserve role at outside linebacker behind Neville Hewitt this season.

Texans' Garret Wallow: Suffers ankle injury
Wallow suffered an ankle injury during Tuesday's practice session, Brooks Kubena of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Houston head coach Lovie Smith does not know the severity of the injury, but the coach doesn't believe Wallow's injury is a season-ending one. Wallow, a fifth-round pick in 2021, played mostly special teams as a rookie, but he was singled out by general manager Nick Caserio in June as a player that made great on-field and physical progress.

Texans' Garret Wallow: Makes impact in win
Wallow had 11 tackles and one sack in Sunday's 30-16 win over Jacksonville.
Wallow started the week as a backup linebacker, but he found himself with a prominent role after Kamu Grugier-Hill and Christian Kirksey landed on the reserve/COVID-19 list. Wallow, a fifth-round pick out of TCU in 2021, made his first career start and tied for the team high in tackles. His playing time on defense has increased over the past few weeks, and the rookie should see more opportunities over the final three games.
