Packers' Josh Jacobs: Extends TD streak to five games
Jacobs carried the ball 17 times for 87 yards and a touchdown and caught four of five targets for 13 yards in Sunday's 16-13 loss to the Panthers.
The former Raider continues to thrive as a Packer. Jacobs' one-yard TD run in the fourth quarter tied the contest at 13-13 and extended his personal scoring streak to five games, a stretch in which he's amassed 354 rushing yards and eight TDs. Sunday's loss also marked his third game this season with 100-plus scrimmage yards. Jacobs will likely be leaned on heavily once again in a Week 10 battle against the Eagles, especially with the Packers having seen Tucker Kraft (knee) and Matthew Golden (shoulder) go down to injuries against the Panthers.

Packers' Josh Jacobs: Avoids injury designation
Jacobs (calf) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against Carolina.
Jacobs remained effective while playing through the same calf injury in his past two games, though he did cede more work to backup Emanuel Wilson, relative to their respective roles earlier in the season. With the Packers heavily favored this week, Jacobs has strong odds to find the end zone even if he doesn't quite match his early season dominance of Green Bay's rushing work.

Packers' Josh Jacobs: Stays limited Thursday
Jacobs (calf) practiced on a limited basis Thursday, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.
Jacobs is operating with practice limitations for a second consecutive week due to a calf issue, but he was able to play through it the last two games en route to 30 touches for 103 yards from scrimmage and one rushing TD during that span. He avoided a designation on the Packers' final Week 8 injury report last Friday, so a similar scenario may come to pass this week.

Packers' Josh Jacobs: Still dealing with calf issue
Jacobs (calf) was limited in practice Wednesday, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.
For a second week in a row, Jacobs is kicking it off with a cap on his reps due to a lingering calf injury. However, he was able to suit up this past Sunday at Pittsburgh and log a 54 percent snap share on his way to 16 touches for 45 yards from scrimmage and one rushing TD. Jacobs will have two more chances to get back to all activity this week before the Packers potentially clear him again ahead of Sunday's contest against the Panthers.

Packers' Josh Jacobs: TD salvages quiet night
Jacobs (calf) took 13 carries for 33 yards and a touchdown while corralling all three of his targets for 12 yards in Sunday's 35-25 win over the Steelers.
Jacobs was headed towards his worst fantasy performance of the season before punching in a touchdown late in the fourth quarter on Sunday Night Football. Green Bay's workhorse was held to 2.5 yards per carry, opening the door for backup Emanuel Wilson to lead the team with 61 rushing yards on 11 attempts. Jacobs was dealing with a calf injury during the practice week, which could help explain his poor efficiency in Sunday's victory. The late score extended Jacobs' touchdown streak to four games, rewarding fantasy managers with seven trips to the end zone over that span. Assuming he escaped this contest unscathed, Jacobs should be treated as an elite asset in a soft matchup against the Panthers next Sunday.
