Commanders' Cornelius Lucas: Stays with Washington
Lucas is re-signing with the Commanders on a one-year contract Tuesday, Ben Standig of The Athletic reports.
Lucas is now set for a fifth season in Washington, where he's mostly served as a reserve offensive tackle. He started four of his 17 games with the team last season.

Commanders' Cornelius Lucas: Healthy ahead of 2023
Lucas has been an active participant at the Commanders' OTAs this spring.
Lucas missed the Commanders' final game of the 2022 season with an ankle injury, but he's now fully healthy heading into 2023. The 31-year-old is expected to operate as a backup option behind Charles Leno at left tackle this year.
