  • Raptors' Jared Rhoden: Out for finale Sunday

Rhoden (shoulder) is out for Sunday's game against the Spurs, Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca reports. Rhoden will miss the final game of the regular season due to a shoulder injury. The former Seton Hall standout suited up for both Charlotte and Toronto in 2024-25, though he often had a minimal role and started in only two of his 14 appearances. He averaged 8.4 points, 3.0 rebounds and 1.1 assists across 16.2 minutes per game in those outings.

  • Raptors' Jared Rhoden: Not playing Friday

Rhoden (shoulder) has been ruled out for Friday's game against Dallas, Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca reports. Rhoden will be sidelined for Friday's game due to a shoulder sprain, and he'll look to be available for the Raptors' regular-season finale against the Spurs on Sunday. Jamison Battle and A.J. Lawson should see an uptick in playing time in Rhoden's absence.

  • Raptors' Jared Rhoden: Iffy to play Friday

Rhoden is questionable for Friday's game against the Mavericks due to a shoulder sprain, Coty Wiles of RaptorsRepublic.com reports. The shoulder injury is a new concern for Rhoden, who has played in each of the club's last three outings. During that three-game span, the two-way player has averaged 13.0 points, 4.0 rebounds and 2.3 assists across 21.3 minutes per game. If Rhoden is sidelined against Dallas, A.J. Lawson and Jamison Battle are candidates for a bump in minutes.

  • Raptors' Jared Rhoden: Available Thursday

Rhoden (hand) is available for Thursday's game against the Trail Blazers, Esfandiar Baraheni of The Athletic reports. Rhoden will suit up for his second consecutive contest following an extended stay in the G League and a one-game absence due to a left hand MCP joint sprain. The 25-year-old two-way player recorded only four minutes during Tuesday's loss to Chicago, and he's unlikely to play a significant role against Portland.

  • Raptors' Jared Rhoden: Iffy to play Thursday

The Raptors list Rhoden as questionable for Thursday's game against the Trail Blazers due to a left hand MCP joint sprain. After an extended stay in the G League followed by a one-game absence due to the hand issue, Rhoden suited up for the Raptors in Tuesday's 137-118 loss to the Bulls. He played the final 3:59 of the blowout loss, finishing with eight points (3-3 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 1-1 FT) and one assist. Rhoden didn't suffer any apparent setbacks during his time on the court, but the Raptors could be considering holding him out for maintenance purposes Thursday in the front end of a back-to-back set.

  • Raptors' Jared Rhoden: Cleared to play Tuesday

Rhoden (hand) is available for Tuesday's game versus the Bulls, Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca reports. Rhoden has been upgraded from questionable to available Tuesday after missing Toronto's previous contest due to a sprained left hand. The two-way player hasn't made an appearance at the NBA level since March 12, so his role for Tuesday's contest is uncertain.

  • Raptors' Jared Rhoden: Questionable for Tuesday

Rhoden (hand) is questionable for Tuesday's game against the Bulls, Coty Wiles of RaptorsRepublic.com reports. Rhoden is in jeopardy of missing his second consecutive contest due to a sprained left hand. The two-way forward hasn't made an appearance for the Raptors since March 12, though he could receive playing time if he's cleared to suit up due to RJ Barrett (rest), Ochai Agbaji (rest), Gradey Dick (knee) and Brandon Ingram (ankle) being sidelined Tuesday.

  • Raptors' Jared Rhoden: Ruled out Sunday vs. Philly

Rhoden (hand) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the 76ers, Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca reports. Rhoden has spent the past two weeks in the G League with Raptors 905 and appears to have picked up a hand injury at some point. His absence Sunday means that he is eligible to play in Toronto's final seven games of the regular season, starting with Tuesday's clash against Chicago.

  • Raptors' Jared Rhoden: In G League through Monday

Rhoden was assigned to the G League's Raptors 905 on Thursday and will be unavailable for Toronto's next three road games, Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca reports. After inking a two-way deal with Toronto on March 4, Rhoden has been active for each of the Raptors' five games since his signing. He's been a staple in the rotation for each of those contests, averaging 13.4 points, 5.2 rebounds, 1.6 three-pointers, 1.2 assists and 1.2 steals in 29.2 minutes per game. Despite his strong production, the Raptors will send Rhoden to the G League for the weekend since his two-way contract allows him to be active in just seven of the NBA club's remaining 16 games. Rhoden will thus be out for Friday's game at Utah, Sunday's game at Portland and Monday's game at Phoenix before potentially rejoining the Raptors for the final game of their road trip Thursday at Golden State. In the meantime, Rhoden will continue to stay conditioned by playing for the 905 on Saturday and Monday versus the Windy City Bulls.

  • Raptors' Jared Rhoden: Dominant in second NBA start

Rhoden logged 25 points (9-19 FG, 4-10 3Pt, 3-4 FT), 12 rebounds, five assists and four steals across 43 minutes during Wednesday's 118-105 win over the 76ers. With the Raptors riddled with injuries, Rhoden drew a second straight start while Jamison Battle made the first start of his NBA career Wednesday. While Battle struggled from the field, Rhoden rose to the occasion with a a career-high 25 points while registering the first double-double of his young career. Rhoden is eligible to play 10 more NBA games as a two-way player, but he should continue to see a healthy workload as long as multiple Raptors players -- including Scottie Barnes (hand) and Jonathan Mogbo (nose) -- are sidelined due to injuries.

  • Raptors' Jared Rhoden: Making first start of season

Rhoden is starting Monday's game against the Wizards, Esfandiar Baraheni of The Athletic reports. Rhoden is getting the nod at shooting guard with both Gradey Dick (knee) and Ja'Kobe Walter (hip) ruled out Monday. Rhoden has seen a healthy workload over his last two appearances, scoring in double figures in each matchup while logging north of 25 minutes.

  • Raptors' Jared Rhoden: Receives 20 minutes in win

Rhoden ended Tuesday's 114-113 win over the Magic with four points (2-5 FG, 0-3 3Pt), two rebounds and one block across 20 minutes. Fresh off signing a two-way deal with the Raptors, Rhoden played by far the most minutes of his six appearances at the NBA level on the season. He benefited from Toronto being without six players Tuesday, but once the team is healthier, Rhoden could see most of his opportunities in the G League with the Raptors 905. Toronto has 20 games remaining on its schedule, and Rhoden is eligible to be active for just 11 of those contests.

  • Raptors' Jared Rhoden: Nets two-way deal

Rhoden agreed to a two-way contract with the Raptors on Tuesday, Michael Scotto of USA Today reports. Rhoden's 10-day contract with the Raptors expired Saturday, but the organization saw enough from the third-year forward during his brief time in the NBA and is more extended action with the G League's Raptors 905 prior to that to keep him around as one of its three two-way players. The 25-year-old will be eligible to be active for just 12 games at the NBA level for the rest of the season, so he could frequently move between Toronto and the 905.

  • Hornets' Jared Rhoden: Transferred to G League

The Hornets transferred Rhoden to the Greensboro Swarm of the G League on Friday. Rhoden is averaging just 1.3 points in 3.3 minutes across his three NBA appearances this season. As a two-way player, Rhoden should receive more playing time in the G League.

  • Hornets' Jared Rhoden: Claimed off waivers

The Hornets claimed Rhoden off waivers Monday and are expected to sign him to a two-way deal, Michael Scotto of USA Today reports. Rhoden made 31 NBA regular-season appearances over the last two seasons -- both in Detroit. The Hornets are set with Miles Bridges, Brandon Miller, Josh Green and Grant Williams on the wings, but if one of those players suffers an injury, Rhoden could carve out a rotational role.

  • Raptors' Jared Rhoden: Signs with Toronto

Rhoden signed an Exhibit 10 contract with the Raptors on Monday, Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca reports. Toronto's training camp roster is now full with 21 players. Rhoden will compete for an Opening Day roster spot, but he likely will end up playing for the 905 in the G League during the 2024-25 campaign.

  • Pistons' Jared Rhoden: Solid numbers off bench Sunday

Rhoden chipped in 16 points (6-12 FG, 4-8 3Pt), four rebounds and two assists in 32 minutes off the bench during Sunday's 123-95 loss to San Antonio. The second-year forward played a season high in minutes as the Pistons' roster limped to the finish line on a tough campaign. Rhoden showed an intriguing mix of skills in his late-season audition, going 7-for-13 from three-point range over the final three games while averaging 11.7 points, 4.0 boards, 1.3 blocks and 1.0 assists in 25.7 minutes a contest, but he'll likely still be competing for a spot at the end of the bench in camp next summer.

  • Pistons' Jared Rhoden: Shines in Summer League win

Rhoden collected 18 points (6-12 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 4-4 FT), eight rebounds, two assists, two steals and one block over 28 minutes of Wednesday's 94-90 win against the Raptors in Summer League. Rhoden stepped into a larger role with Jaden Ivey in street clothes for the contest and delivered. He led the Pistons in points while finishing with the second most rebounds on the team. After spending most of 2022-23 in the G League, Rhoden re-upped with the Pistons as a two-way player and will look to find a more consistent spot on the NBA roster after appearing in 14 games with Detroit last year.

  • Pistons' Jared Rhoden: Lackluster rookie year

Rhoden finished his rookie campaign with averages of 3.2 points and 2.6 rebounds in 14.1 minutes per contest across 14 games. Rhoden had logged just 12 minutes of NBA action before playing in 13 of the team's final 19 games, where he was a beneficiary of numerous rotation players sitting out. In limited action, the 23-year-old didn't really impress, but he was trending in the right direction to close the season, seeing at least 20 minutes and grabbing at least four rebounds in each of the last three contests.

  • Pistons' Jared Rhoden: Paces Cruise in scoring

Rhoden tallied 27 points (10-17 FG, 5-9 3Pt, 1-2 FT), eight rebounds and one assist in 39 minutes during Saturday's 99-95 win over the Blue. Rhoden had a brief stint with the parent club recently but didn't appear in any games for the Pistons. He led the team in scoring and came within two rebounds of a double-double during his return to the G League and has now scored in double figures in four of his last five appearances.
