Jazz's Keyonte George: Shines off the bench with 19 points
Rotowire
George finished Friday's 121-99 loss to the Celtics with 19 points (7-16 FG, 5-9 3Pt), four rebounds and seven assists over 33 minutes.
George has been a bright spot during a disappointing season. He's followed up a promising freshman campaign with a productive sophomore campaign, averaging 16.9 points, 5.8 assists and 3.8 rebounds over 56 games. Given the backcourt depth George provides, the Jazz may elect to make some roster moves in the offseason that could make him an everyday starter next year.

Jazz's Keyonte George: Efficient 20 points off bench
Rotowire
George ended with 20 points (7-12 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 3-4 FT), four rebounds and four assists over 29 minutes during Wednesday's 128-112 win over Washington.
Perhaps most notably, George was able to play a team-high 29 minutes while Utah limited the playing time of their available veterans Wednesday. It's unknown if the second-year guard is at risk of receiving similar maintenance going forward that the other Jazz stars have gotten, but his playing time was certainly encouraging in this one. Across six outings in March, George has averaged 19.8 points, 4.3 assists, 4.0 rebounds, 1.0 steals and 2.7 three-pointers in 30.2 minutes.

George (foot/illness) is questionable for Monday's game against the Bulls.

Jazz's Keyonte George: Productive off bench in loss
Rotowire
George chipped in 18 points (4-14 FG, 1-8 3Pt, 9-13 FT), six rebounds, eight assists and one steal in 31 minutes during Friday's 118-109 loss to Toronto.
George was demoted to a bench role earlier this season in favor of Isaiah Collier, and that's not expected to change in the near future, especially since the Jazz continue to rest their starters on a regular basis. However, George has found a way to stay productive, and he's been playing regularly in recent weeks, which is something that can't be said about some of the other regular rotation members of the Jazz. The bench role isn't ideal for fantasy managers who trust George, but he's finding a way to get the job done. He's averaging 18.1 points, 4.5 rebounds, 6.0 assists and 0.5 steals per game off the bench in eight outings since the All-Star break.

George's next chance to play will come against the Raptors on Friday.

Jazz's Keyonte George: Decent display off bench
Rotowire
George posted 15 points (5-13 FG, 3-8 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds, five assists and one steal across 31 minutes during Monday's 125-110 loss to the Bucks.
The Jazz have decided to bring George off the bench while starting Isaiah Collier, but that shouldn't lead fantasy managers to trade one for the other in most formats. George might have regressed a bit compared to his excellent rookie year, but he remains a capable performer. Between starts and non-starts, George has scored at least 15 points in five of his last six games, a span in which he's averaging 18.8 points, 4.0 rebounds, 6.3 assists and 1.0 steals per game.

Rotowire
George (heel) won't play in Thursday's game against the Heat.
George will be sidelined for a third straight outing due to heel inflammation, and Saturday's matchup with the Suns marks his next opportunity to take the floor for the Jazz. Considering Jordan Clarkson (foot) remains on the shelf, Collin Sexton figures to continue handling a sizable boost in usage from Utah's first unit, while Isaiah Collier and Johnny Juzang are likely to pick up additional minutes Thursday. Over seven games with George out of action in 2024-25, Sexton is averaging 21.1 points, 5.1 assists, 3.4 rebounds, 1.3 steals and 2.4 threes in 30.5 minutes.
