Krejci checked out of the game with 7:43 remaining in the fourth quarter and immediately headed for the locker room, and it didn't take long for the Hawks' training staff to rule him out for the rest of the evening. Hawks' Vit Krejci: Improved performance Monday
Rotowire
Krejci registered 13 points (5-9 FG, 3-6 3Pt), four rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal in 28 minutes during Monday's 132-130 victory over Detroit.
Krejci got back on track with a well-balanced performance, a welcome sight after a modest couple of games. After playing 15 and 21 minutes in each of the past two contests, his role had become somewhat unclear. However, he ended the night with 28 minutes, more in line with what he had been playing prior to the recent downtick. The Hawks will need all hands on deck moving forward, meaning Krejci should continue to play a meaningful role.

Hawks' Vit Krejci: Multiple career highs despite loss
Rotowire
Krejci dropped 20 points (6-13 FG, 6-11 3Pt, 2-4 FT), seven assists, three steals, two rebounds and two blocks in 35 minutes during Saturday's 117-94 loss to the Raptors.
In one of the best performances of his young career, the fourth-year guard logged career-best marks in points and three-pointers made while also matching his career high in steals and recording a season high in assists in the process. Krejci has been picking up steam of late, averaging 12.2 points and 3.9 assists while shooting 50.0 percent from the field and 48.5 percent from deep in January. Although the Hawks have been without forwards like Jalen Johnson (shoulder), Zaccharie Risacher (adductor) and De'Andre Hunter (illness), Krejci has become a staple in their guard rotation, and his volume shouldn't take too much of a hit when they eventually return. He'll next take the court Monday against the Timberwolves.

Rotowire
Krejci registered seven points (2-4 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 2-2 FT), three assists and one steal across 20 minutes during Saturday's 128-112 loss to the Grizzlies.
Krejci was handed a starting spot Saturday, filling in for Trae Young who was ruled out due to a heel issue. Despite the opportunity, Krejci failed to produce anything of note, a trend that has been brewing all season. He possesses an intriguing skill set but the opportunities to play meaningful minutes are simply too few and far between at this point.

Rotowire
Krejci is in the starting lineup for Saturday's game against the Grizzlies.
The Hawks decided to tweak their starting unit since they won't have Trae Young (heel) available, and Krejci will slot at shooting guard while Dyson Daniels plays the point. This will be Krejci's first start of the 2024-25 campaign.

Hawks' Vit Krejci: Muted role continues
Rotowire
Krejci logged zero points (0-2 FG, 0-1 3Pt), three rebounds and one assist over eight minutes during Wednesday's 108-100 win over the Knicks.
Krejci continues to be used sparingly by the Hawks, having played in just eight of the past 13 games since returning from injury. In that time, he has scored a total of 15 points, eight of which came in a loss to Portland. Based on what we have seen to this point, Krejci is unlikely to move into a sizeable role, at least not this season.
