Kings' Domantas Sabonis: Records double-double in loss
Sabonis posted 21 points (8-10 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 4-5 FT), 13 rebounds and three assists across 32 minutes during Wednesday's 130-111 loss to the Magic.
Sabonis posted customary numbers in the blowout loss, but the one-two punch of Paolo Banchero and Goga Bitadze proved to be stiff opposition for the All-Star. The loss of De'Aaron Fox is generally bad news in the short term for Sabonis, who was often Fox's assist target. The new backcourt combo of Malik Monk and Zach LaVine will need to find more opportunities for their elite center, but Sabonis is equally adept at finding his own spots out in space, especially at the perimeter.

Kings' Domantas Sabonis: Double-double in Monday's win
Sabonis chipped in 14 points (5-15 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 4-6 FT), 11 rebounds, three assists and one block across 37 minutes during Monday's 116-114 win over the Timberwolves.
After seeing his latest double-double streak end at 24 games Saturday, Sabonis wasted no time starting a new one. The Kings have swapped De'Aaron Fox out for Zach LaVine in a blockbuster trade, but the move shouldn't have a big impact on Sabonis' usage or role in the frontcourt. The 28-year-old center leads the NBA in rebounds per game at 14.3, a career high for him, and his 43 double-doubles in 46 appearances is five ahead of Karl-Anthony Towns for the league lead.

Kings' Domantas Sabonis: Logs eighth triple-double of season
Sabonis had 13 points (4-6 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 4-4 FT), 14 rebounds, 11 assists, one block and one steal in 40 minutes during Wednesday's 117-104 loss to the 76ers.
Sabonis registered his eighth triple-double of the season Wednesday, but his 13 points were just two shy of a season low set during the Nov. 13 win over Phoenix. Over his last 10 games, the star big man has averaged 21.8 points, 17.1 rebounds, 7.5 assists and 1.5 three-pointers in 37.7 minutes while shooting 60.0 percent from beyond the arc. With De'Aaron Fox a potential trade candidate ahead of the Feb. 6 deadline, Sabonis could become the definitive focal point of Sacramento's offense down the stretch if the star guard is ultimately dealt.

Kings' Domantas Sabonis: Monster triple-double in victory
Sabonis racked up 21 points (8-10 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 4-8 FT), 22 rebounds and 10 assists in 41 minutes during Monday's 110-96 win over the Nets.
Sabonis led the Kings with game highs in rebounds and assists during an extremely efficient outing from the field. The star big man also recorded his third game of the season with 20-plus points and rebounds, including his second career triple-double with at least 20 points, 20 rebounds and 10 assists. The ninth-year center has logged 23 consecutive outings with a double-double or better, and he continues to stuff the stat sheet on a nightly basis.

Kings' Domantas Sabonis: Triple-double despite loss
Sabonis put up 25 points (11-14 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 2-3 FT), 13 rebounds and 12 assists in 34 minutes during Saturday's 143-120 loss to the Knicks.
The star big man is no stranger to the triple-double, having now logged six on the season, good for fourth in the league (tied with Josh Hart). He's also a threat to put up a double-double on any given night -- with 40 in 42 games this season -- making him a home run for fantasy purposes. He's been particularly productive on the glass this month, averaging 16.4 rebounds rebounds per game in January so far. He'll look to continue controlling the paint against the Nets on Monday.

Kings' Domantas Sabonis: Sniffs triple-double in defeat
Sabonis supplied 23 points (10-21 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), 19 rebounds and eight assists over 39 minutes during Thursday's 132-123 loss to Denver.
The big man nearly secured his sixth triple-double of the 2024-25 campaign, finishing as the club's second-leading scorer behind DeMar DeRozan (24 points). Sabonis has logged 21 straight games with double-digit points and boards and continues to stuff the stat sheet efficiently. Over 11 outings in January, the star center has averaged 21.5 points, 16.7 rebounds and 6.6 assists while shooting 62.0 percent from the floor in 37.8 minutes per contest.

Kings' Domantas Sabonis: Continues to fill stat sheet
Sabonis recorded 26 points (8-12 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 8-8 FT), 18 rebounds and three assists over 39 minutes during Wednesday's 123-117 win over the Warriors.
By now, it's odd when Sabonis doesn't record a double-double, and that outcome has happened in only two of his 40 appearances -- and not even once since Dec. 3. An ever-present name in the Kings lineup across the month of January, Sabonis is averaging a robust stat line of 21.3 points, 16.5 rebounds, 6.5 assists and 0.7 blocks per game while shooting 64.3 percent from the floor in his last 10 games.

Kings' Domantas Sabonis: Massive double-double
Sabonis totaled 29 points (12-16 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 3-5 FT), 18 rebounds, four assists and one steal in 32 minutes during Sunday's 123-100 victory over Washington.
Sabonis was dominant on both ends of the court and had an impressive final stat line, reaching his 19th consecutive double-double and entrenching himself even more as one of the best fantasy options at the center position. Over that 19-game stretch, Sabonis is averaging a robust 20.5 points, 15.9 rebounds, 6.3 assists and a combined 1.1 steals-plus-blocks per game.

Kings' Domantas Sabonis: Stuffs stat sheet Thursday
Sabonis racked up 20 points (8-13 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 3-4 FT), 14 rebounds, seven assists and one block across 38 minutes before fouling out of Thursday's 132-127 victory over the Rockets.
By now, seeing Sabonis record a double-double isn't much of a surprise, and the star big man also ended quite close to recording a triple-double. This was his 17th appearance with a double-double and at least seven dimes, emphasizing just how influential he can be on both ends of the court for the Kings.
