Bohm injured his left hand in late August and was placed on the 10-day IL on Sept. 3. He made one rehab appearance on Triple-A Lehigh Valley on Saturday, when he went 2-for-4 with one double. The Phillies evidently saw enough from Bohm on Saturday to bring him back with the big club, and he'll immediately reclaim his spot in the infield rather than being eased back in as the designated hitter.
